Archery » Range Rules & Safety

  • All shooters must sign in at the Outdoor Range counter and receive a range pass before shooting.
  • No broadheads allowed!!
  • Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • No firearms allowed on the archery range.
  • No skydrawing.
  • Bows must be pointed down range at all times, while drawn.
  • Make sure the target area is clear of people and animals before shooting.
  • No one is allowed past the backstop. If you lose an arrow, ask a Range Safety Officer for assistance, when you are finished shooting.
  • Do not nock an arrow until everyone is safely behind the firing line.
  • No alcoholic beverages allowed.
  • All shooters must sign out, at the Outdoor Range counter, before leaving.
  • Bows and arrows are not toys. Please follow the safety rules as if it were a firearm.
