An unfortunate story for the firearms community, regarding three men (NOT associated with BWSC) who illegally issued CCW Training Certificates allowing citizens to illegally apply for and receive their Concealed Handgun License. While it is unfortunate this occurred, it is a good lesson for all prospective CCW training students.
