Bowling Pin League

Tuesday Nights Oct 23-Nov 27,2018 (5p-8p)

$15 One Time Registration Fee

$10 First Run

$5 Each Additional Run


Classes: Shooters will be divided into Five classes. Centerfire Open class, Centerfire Optic Class, Rimfire Open Class, Rimfire Optic Class . Shooters can compete in multiple classes with gun appropriate for the class. 

Course of Fire: The course of fire will be different each week and will be posted, at the range counter, the week prior. The only constant will be the amount of shots a shooter is allotted to try and knock down all the pins. Each shooter will have 20 shots per run and will be timed. 

Positions: All shooting will be done from the standing unsupported position, unless otherwise specified.

Banks and Make Ups: Participants will not be able to make up or bank any scores. The shooter must be present in order to submit a score. If a shooter is not present they will receive a No Contest, this will not count against them but it will also not benefit them for prizes.

Equipment Rules: The use of equipment like shooting gloves and eye pals are encouraged, but not required. With the purchase of BWSC ammunition, BWSC firearms may be used, for free, if needed.

Scoring: Shooters will draw a number each night which will determine who they are competing against that week. Matchups will remain anonymous until scores are posted the next day.

Safety: All basic safety rules will be observed. Firearms on the indoor range may only be taken out of their cases inside the shooting booth, when it is the person’s turn to shoot. Violation of safety rules will result in removal from the range and a “0” score for the week.



Sporting Clay League

Oct 23 - Dec 16, 2018

$20 Weekly Shooter Fee

• Shoot Any Day of the Week, During Normal Business Hours.
• 2 Person Teams and a 50 Target Program.
• First 2 Weeks will Establish Individual Average for Team Classification.
• Last 6 Weeks are Shot for Team Score.
• Free Rental Guns, if needed, are Provided with the Purchase of BWSC Shells. 

Bank Policy: Shooters may bank up to two scores in advance. Only the first two weeks for average may be made up. Banks and make ups will be $20.00 each and may be done any day of the week or weekend during normal business hours. If a shooter misses a week for score without a bank, then his/her score will be determined by the Two Week Average, less two targets. If a shooter misses a second week without a bank, then his/her score will be determined by the Two Week Average, less four targets and so on.

Distribution of Fees:
$3.00 from each weekly shooter fee will go into Lewis Class, excluding banks and make-ups.
Lewis Class Breakdown: There will be 2 classes if there are 25 Shooters or under. There will be 3 classes if there are over 25 and under 50 Shooters. If there are 50 shooters or over there will be 4 classes.
Lewis Class payouts will be 3 places, 50/30/20 percent each week.
Lewis payouts and all league related information will be posted outside on the bulletin board.



Trap League 

Thursday Nights Aug 9 - Oct 18, 2018 (4p-8p)

$20 One Time Registration Fee

$20 Weekly Shooter Fee

• 5 Person Teams (Need 9 Teams Minimum).
• 50 Target Program (25 from 16 Yard Line, 25 Handicap).
• First 3 Weeks will Establish Individual Average for Team Classification.
• Last 7 Weeks are Shot for Team Scores.
• Free Gun Rentals are Provided with the Purchase of BWSC shells. 

Bank Policy:
Shooters may bank up to 3 scores in advance. Only the first three weeks for average may be made up. Banks and make ups will be $20.00 each and must be done weekdays between 1pm-5pm, and 11am-4pm on weekends. If a shooter misses a week for score without a bank, then his/her score will be determined by the Three Week Average, less two targets. If a shooter misses a second week without a bank, then his/her score will be determined by the Three Week Average, less four targets and so on.

Distribution of Fees:
$2.00 from each weekly shooter fee will go into Lewis Class, excluding banks and make- ups.
Lewis Class payouts will be 3 places, 50/30/20 percent each week.
Lewis Class payouts will be 3 classes if under 60 entries, and 4 classes if over 60 entries.
Lewis payouts and all league related information will be posted outside on the Bulletin Board.
New: $1.00 from each weekly shooter fee goes into a draw pot. One number will be drawn at random, ties will divide. Pot will be paid out weekly, excluding banks and make-ups.

Shoot Off and Pot Luck Banquet:
Held on Thursday October 18th, Shoot Off at 6pm, Pot Luck Banquet and prize ceremony immediately following. Each team will send 1 representative to the Shoot Off, competing for a $50 BWSC gift card by miss and out, starting at the 21 yard line and moving back 2 yards every round. Top Team in Each Class receives minimum of $25 BWSC gift card, one per member.

Pistol League

Classes: Shooting will be classed according to the sighting equipment of their handgun, and in the manner in which it is fired (rim or center). Centerfire class will be any firearm that uses centerfire cartridges. Rimfire class will be any firearm that uses rimfire cartridges. Open sights will be any sight system that does not utilize an optic or laser. Optics class will be any firearm that utilizes an optic or a laser. 

Course of Fire: All shooters will be using 3 B-27Q-RED (Centerfire) or 3 B-27Q-RED HALF-SIZE (Rimfire) targets. Shooters will mark their targets with name, class, league week, and the run number (if paying for multiple runs in one week). Course of fire will change every week, and will not be known until the night of the league.

Positions: All shooting will be done from the standing off-hand position. No part of the firearm or the shooter is permitted to touch any part of the shooting booth or bench.

Banks and Make Ups:  Participants are allowed 2 banked scores and 2 make up scores.

Equipment Rules: The use of equipment like shooting gloves and eye pals is encouraged, but not required. With the purchase of BWSC ammunition, BWSC firearms may be used, for free, if needed.

Scoring: Shooters will exchange targets for scoring. No shooter may score his or her own target. Scoring will be by NRA rules, i.e. if a bullet clearly breaks the line of the next higher scoring ring, the shooter will be awarded the higher score. All scores will be reviewed by the RSO, and the decision of the RSO is final.

Safety: All basic safety rules will be observed. Pistols may be taken out of their case behind the firing line ONLY if the firearm’s action is locked open. Pistols must remain pointed downrange at all times. Violation of safety rules will result in removal from the range and a “0” score for the week.

RESULTS

Modern Sporting Rifle League

Wednesday Nights Jan 24, 2018 - Feb 28, 2018 (5p-8p)

Classes: Shooting will be classed according to the sighting equipment of the rifle. Open sights will be any sight system that does not utilize an optic (magnified or not) and/or laser. Optic will be any sight system that uses glass lenses that are not magnified and/or laser. Magnified Optic will be any sight system that utilizes magnified glass lenses. The Outlaw class will be any MSR chambered in any caliber other than 5.56x45mm/223 Remington. Any Optic/Sight may be used in Outlaw.

Course of Fire: All shooters will be using 1 B-21E HV Green target. Shooters will mark their targets with name, class, league week, and the run number (if paying for multiple runs in one week). Course of fire will change every week, and will not be known until the night of the league. 

Positions: Depending on the weekly course of fire, participants will be shooting from the supported and unsupported positions.

Banks and Make Ups:  Participants are allowed 2 banked scores and are allowed to make-up 2 scores as long as the make-ups are completed within one week of the missed date. Banks and Make-ups can be completed outside of league night if done between the hours of 1pm-5pm Tuesday-Friday, or anytime on Saturday/Sunday. To be eligible to win a class, participants must submit a score on at least 3 out of the 6 league nights.

Equipment Rules: The use of equipment like shooting gloves, eye pals, and slings are encouraged, but not required. With the purchase of BWSC ammunition, BWSC firearms may be used, for free, if needed.

Scoring: Shooters will exchange targets for scoring. No shooter may score his or her own target. Scoring will be by NRA rules, i.e. if a bullet clearly breaks the line of the next higher scoring ring, the shooter will be awarded the higher score. All scores will be reviewed by the RSO, and the decision of the RSO is final.

Safety: All basic safety rules will be observed. Rifles may be taken out of their case only once the case is inside the booth of the shooters lane. Rifles must remain pointed downrange at all times. Violation of safety rules will result in removal from the range and a “0” score for the week.
