You’ll learn to manage recoil, improve marksmanship, and develop safe handling habits—laying the groundwork for confidently choosing a rifle as a defensive firearm. Practical Carbine Skills

Defensive Rifle Level 1: Foundations Class Details
Pre Requisite – Basic understanding of your own rifle*
Skill Level – Beginner-Intermediate
Class Size – 14
Range – 3 hours (no classroom time, all range)
Ammo – 120 Rounds of chosen ammunition (NO STEEL AMMUNITION OF ANY KIND)
Cost – $90
Equipment
- Users’ own rifle/carbine
- Ex: Ar-15, Ak47
- Pistol caliber carbines are acceptable
- Ex: Scorpion Evo
- At least two mags for chosen platform (recommended three)
- Hearing and Eye protection
- Slings are not required but recommended
- Mag pouches are not required but recommended
*Chosen firearm must have sights
