Shop Rates (for work not listed elsewhere)
- Minimum Shop Charge – $50
- One Hour Labor Standard Firearms – $90
- One Hour Labor – NFA items (machine gun, SBR, SBS, suppressor) – $135
- One Hour Machine time (milling, drilling, etc.) – $135
Drill & Tap – $50 setup plus $25 per hole – holes in receivers/barrels for scope mounts
Detailed Cleaning — includes disassembly, inspection, cleaning, and lubrication
- Standard firearms – $80
- NFA items (machine gun, SBR, SBS, suppressor) – $100
- Excess Dirt, Rust, or Cosmoline (additional) – $30
Inspection/Diagnosis/Quote – $50 minimum. Diagnose issue and create quote for repair. Test fire additional if needed. (Fee is waived if quoted service is completed.)
Test Firing — $20, plus ammunition- unless provided
Fiber Optic Replacement — $20 – installation and fitting of fiber optic tube (includes fiber)
Removal of Objects from barrel –$50 minimum
Rush Charge – 50% of completed job ($50 minimum) – two-business-day turnaround (pending parts availability)

Sight Installation — installation of front and rear sights, centering on slide and Loctite screws (if applicable) with free adjustment

Drop-In Trigger Install — $75 (plus test fire) – installation of drop-in trigger on most handgun models, polishing of trigger engagement surfaces, safety, and function test
Semi Drop-In Barrel Install — $75 – file and/or machine to correct fitment, function test and live fire test for proper function
Match Grade Gunsmith-fit Barrel Install – $100 – file and/or machine to correct fitment, function test and live fire test for proper function
Polish Feed Ramps (add-on) – $25
1911 and Other Steel Frame Services
Stake-In Front Sight – $80 – installing stake in style 1911 front sight
Non-Ramped Barrel Install – $120 – file and/or machine barrel to correct fit and test fire for proper function
Fit Barrel Bushing – $90 – fit barrel bushing to slide and barrel
Lower and Flair Ejection Port – $100 – machine ejection port lower and flair for ejection (refinish additional)
Fit After-Market Trigger Shoe– $75 – fit aftermarket trigger to frame and polish trigger bow
Fit Thumb Safety – $50 – fit safety for proper function
Fit Beavertail Safety – $180 – fit beavertail safety to frame (Ed Brown, Wilson Combat, etc.) (refinish additional)
Fit Extended Magazine Release – $50 – fit and test magazine release for proper function
General Rifle Services
Scope Mount & Boresight — $50 – installation of scope and rings, leveling of sight plane, setting of eye relief, Loctite screws and bore sighting at simulated 100 yards… (test fire additional)
Scope Ring Lapping – $40 – mount lap scope rings on rifle for proper fitment and alignment for scope (1″, 30mm, 34mm) – does not include scope mounting
Muzzle Device Install — $50 – installation and proper timing of muzzle device (i.e. flash hider, muzzle brake) torqued to proper specification and Rocksett if needed
Sling Swivel Install – $60 – drill and install sling swivels to stock (plus hardware)
Pour Chamber Cast — $75 – to determine condition or proper caliber or chamber specifications
Barrel Threading — starting at $150 –thread most bolt action rifles or stand-alone barrels to customer preferred thread (subject to barrel diameter)
Blend Muzzle Break (add-on to threading) – $60 – blend rear of muzzle device to better flow with barrel profile
Seamless Muzzle Break – depending on finish (add-on to threading) – $200 – blend and time muzzle device to appear as part of the barrel. Refinishing additional if necessary.
Cut and Recrown Barrel – $120
Recrown Barrel at current length – $100
Glass Bedding – $120 – glass bed action to fit rifle stock
Pillar Bedding – $200 – install aluminum pillars and glass bed action to stock
AR-15 / MSR Services
Home Build Checkup — $60 – inspect firearm, measure of headspace, torque check barrel, castle nut and function check
Lower Receiver Assembly — $75 – installation of lower parts kit, filing for fit if needed
Upper Receiver Assembly — $75 – install barrel, handguard and gas system for proper torque and alignment with head space check
Complete Assembly – $140 – complete assembly of firearm with customer provided receivers and parts. Includes headspace check and two-round test fire.
Barrel or Handguard Change — $65 – remove and install new barrel or handguard at proper torque and timing
Trigger Installation — $50 – installation and fitting of trigger followed by safety and function check
A2 Front Sight Post Removal – $75 – remove sight post material to turn an A2 post into a low-profile gas block
AR-15 Full Tune Up — $150 – detail clean, inspection and small part replacement as needed (including detent, hammer, & trigger springs, gas rings, firing pin)
Muzzle Device Install – $50 – installation and proper timing of muzzle device, torqued to proper specification, and Rocksett if needed
Pin & Weld Muzzle Device — $80 – permanent weld attachment onto threaded barrel
Remove Pin & Weld – $80 – removal of previously pinned and welded muzzle device
Polish Feed Ramps (add-on) – $25 – blend and polish feed ramps and receiver
Shotgun Services
Bead Replacement – $15 – includes standard brass or aluminum bead
Drill & Tap Bead – $50 – drill and tap barrel for bead (includes brass or aluminum bead)
Recoil Pad Installation — $175 – determine proper length of pull for individual, grind pad to proper fit on stock (includes new Kick-EEZ or Pachmayr pad), installation
Recoil Pad Spacer – $25 – fit spacer along with a recoil pad installation to increase length of pull (requires new recoil pad)
Remington Shell Stop Staking – $50 – install and stake Remington shell stops (parts not included)
Cut Crown and Re-Bead – $120 – cut barrel to length, crown, and install a new bead
Full Trigger Job Services
1911 Trigger Job – $160 – fit and polish all trigger parts to a 3.5-4lb pull trigger (parts not included)
10/22 Trigger Job – $75 – modify factory trigger to 4lb pull with overtravel stop (parts included)
Revolver Trigger Job – starting at $150 – polish frame and parts, installation of springs (parts included) for Smith & Wesson, Ruger, Colt
Lever Action Trigger Job – $165 – subject to model
Bolt Action Trigger Install and Tune – $65 – install trigger and adjust if applicable
